A RangeSource over a caller’s read function (a Blob.slice, a file handle, an IPC call).
Parameters
Section titled “Parameters”number
the file’s size in bytes.
(offset, length, signal?) => Promise<Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>>
returns the length bytes at offset.
